This is only a hundred feet or so from the stables. It's a large, round, covered arena, with benches behind a little partition where people can watch. There is some dressage equipment in a closet off to the side, if your character feels so inclined.

Elianna dismounted with a sigh. She grabbed a measuring tape and set up dressage letters;Twilight followed her around. After setting up, she re-mounted and warmed up. Then she began to follow her most recent test. She began at x and saluted, then began and extended halt followed by a half pass. Anna stopped and focused on the half pass. There wasn't much room to do it unless you went totally sideways.

Ash and her horse stepped inside, pausing when they saw Anna and Twilight there. Ash, unwilling to spook Twilight and draw attention to herself, stayed silent. She stroked her gelding absently as she waited with unusual patience for Anna to finish up.
